Unicorn Bones, and cortandfatboy Final Art by The Thomas Wilson. As part of our show From The Well: A show of pen and ink.
cortandfatboy was a much-loved podcast about movies, Portland, and general geekery, and its death was mourned by millions. The Thomas Wilson made the posters for their Midnight Movie series, and made these two pieces for their last hurrah.
So, basically, here’s your chance to own a piece of Portland history.

Jon brought in this chair that he built. Come give it a test-sit. It kind of feels like sitting on a throne.
Painter’s Tape, Coffee, and Fly Killer by Laura Meyer for our show From The Well: A show of pen and ink. Ink on tracing paper pinned to bare wood frames without glass, 18” x 22”.
The delicacy of these three pieces is hard to convey. The frames are bare, homemade, unvarnished. The paper is so light that it billows and waves as they’re moved, and is so thin that the color of the walls behind them comes through. But the images are bold, simple, stark, and charming. In all, the objects seem both to blend in and demand attention.
Also, they’re just really nice to look at.

Say farewell to this lovely lady—she now belongs to a collector in Chicago. But if you’re a fan of Brooks Cashbaugh, we still have a few of his paintings from An America Where This Makes Sense. So get in touch.
